Please take the time to read our terms of service before making a booking with us.

The appointment time you choose is a drop off only time, not the time we start our grooming session. We will do our best to keep to our schedule, sometimes things can take a little longer, as our priority is to make your dog at ease and comfortable as much as we can.

Caesar’s Palace reserves the right not to complete a groom on a dog that is aggressive towards our staff. If this occurs charges may apply. Extra fees maybe applicable depending on the difficultness of the dog, a courtesy phone call will be given if this is the case for permission to change what your dog was booked in for.

Matted coats will incur an extra charge, which will be discussed prior to commencing grooming. We will not attempt to brush out bad knots or matting. It is brutal to put a dog through this pain and could possibly scare them off from coming back. Knots and matted hair will be cut short or shaved to give your dog a fresh start to a new coat. Your dog’s care and comfort is our priority.

Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right not to complete their groom, however the grooming charges will still apply. We reserve the right to refuse rebooking.

Please note a Late Fee of $20 is payable if you fail to collect your furbaby by the allocated time. For full day daycare all furbabies must be collected by 3:45pm.

We at Caesar’s Palace need to be advised if your dog has fleas, so they can have an immediate flea rinse. An extra $20 for the flea rinse will occur to also cover the cost for the other dogs, as they will have to be done as well to ensure the possible spreading of fleas.

Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, I authorize this establishment to immediately seek professional veterinarian attention for my pet (at my expense). I understand that all attempts will be made to contact me in the event of an emergency. 

I acknowledge that accidents can and do happen and I hereby absolve Caesar’s Palace by Esteem and its staff from any and all responsibility involving, injury, escape, damage or disease during and after their grooming appointment.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to change my appointment time or cancel it, that I must give at least 24 hours ‘notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client who is on the waiting list. If two appointments are missed without giving notice clients are then required to pre-pay prior to scheduling any future appointments. Failure to do so will incur costs to 50% value of your service booked. If late we are happy to look after your dog, however you will be charged day care fees.

Cancellation Fee

Appointments

A reminder message of your appointment will be sent via SMS. We ask that you please respond to this by close of business on the day you receive it. 

We ask that any changes or cancellations be made 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $25.00 late cancellation fee, this will then give us time to fill that appointment.

Unconfirmed, late cancellations and no show may incur a fee of 50% of booking fee and repeat offenders will need to pay a non-refundable deposit upon booking their next appointment.

If you are running late, we ask that you please advise us via a phone call.

This dog grooming clinic is run by appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late this can impact on the entire day. If we have not been advised, your appointment may be cancelled.

*Fees to be charged are at management’s discretion.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

I understand that I can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions via the Caesar’s Palace by Esteem website. I understand that Caesar’s Palace by Esteem reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Services by posting updates and changes to their website. It is my responsibility to check the website periodically for changes. My continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Loyalty Card


Caesar’s Palace by Esteem is proud to offer our valued clients a Loyalty Card.

Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Each dog will be issued with their own Loyalty Card.

To receive the $20.00 off any service you must purchase four grooming or day care service.

Only one active Loyalty Card can be used per dog until complete.

The $20.00 must be redeemed in one transaction.

This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.

Caesar’s Palace by Esteem reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

Not valid on previous purchases.

The Loyalty Card is the responsibility of the client and if lost will not be replaced.

The $20.00 is not redeemable on products.
